Sneaky snake!

Obviously he jumped in the tub before I could take his clothes off, turkey!

Jax decided to hide from me...He seemed really shocked that I found him so fast!

Missouri Bound

One long weekend makes for one short trip home to Missouri, but it was worth it! Too bad I had pink eye:(

I always have to drive by the arch:)

First haircut

Jax's curls were starting to look like a mini mullet, so Granna did the official first cut. Notice we had to distract him with a movie. Once he caught on to what we were doing, Granna had to cut as quickly as she could. He's such a turkey:)

Just a swingin

Chester built Granna and Jax a swing for Mother's Day. Jax absolutely LOVES it, especially getting in and out of it!

Pictures, pictures, pictures!

Sorry for the lack of pics lately, our camera isnt working well. But I finally realized I could take the card out and upload super easy!

Jax didn't even want to stop easter egg hunting long enough for a picture.

Jax in his cutie outfit from MiMi and PaPa.

Sunset Easter night:)

Jax and Jonathan hanging out at the park in Louisville. Aunt Kim remembers how scary some of the people at the park were:(

Jax wearing MeeMaw's glasses. Now he's obsessed with putting peoples glasses on his head.

Swimming with MeeMaw. He loves the pool, but we always wear out first. And NO, it doesn't make him tired enough to sleep through the night. BOO!

Dancing Machine, watch me get down!

Jax is really into Matts ringtone, and every time it plays he goes crazy, which provides endless entertainment for us. So watch if you promise to ignore the bad video and the mess in the background and just concentrate on our dancing machine:)

We will miss you Grandpa

We've had a tough week dealing with the loss of Matt's grandpa. And although he's gone, as Matt's dad said so well, he will live on as long as Matt's around. His laughter was contagious, his love for his family was evident, and he always spoke his mind. You could always count on him to entertain you with a good story, which you couldn't help but laugh at, even if it was the 3rd or 4th time you heard it. He was one of Matt's biggest supporters in life and one of the main reasons we moved back to Kentucky. He was a WWII Navy Vet, who lied about his age to serve his country, and was there when they raised the flag at Iwo Jima. He was a great farmer, who taught Matt that farming was a lifestyle not just a hobby or a job. He helped mold Matt into the man he is today and will forever be Matt's hero. But most of all he leaves behind a legacy of pride, strength, and faith in God and family, that can only be summed up in one word...MINTON.
